We were relocating to the Santa Barbara area; living in LA. Mitch was one of several agents in different areas we worked with over a period of 8 months.
It was near the height of the market and the inventory of housing for sale was at record lows. It took months to find the right home and agents in other areas wrote us off. Mitch hung in there and we eventually found the right place; negotiated and closed the deal.
I wish that were the end of the story but two years later I was getting a divorce and having a bad time of it: The house had to sell.
